You will sleep well in the family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed. The room is ideal for a family with children who will find many games in the common areas. The window opens onto the garden, a large fig tree and a camphor. The linen is changed every 2-3 days. The bathroom is private and adjacent to the room. It is large with a beautiful window with flowers. It has a shower, a bidet, a large sink and a toilet. On the shelves there are towels available. Also ideal for groups with the possibility of 4 single beds. A small piece of furniture contains a hairdryer and free spaces for guests’ belongings.
Breakfast is prepared between 8 and 9.30 in the living room overlooking the lake. The terrace also has tables for guests and will be used in good weather. We can serve both an Italian and an English breakfast, on request. We can also satisfy allergy sufferers by offering them suitable alternatives.

The customer can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival. The customer pays 50% of the total cost if he cancels in the 14 days before arrival. If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
