The independent double bedroom is located on the ground floor and has direct access to both the porch and the garden. A large space for books and magazines, almost a small library, is available to guests right inside the room. The room is simply furnished with a nice armchair, a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers, two bedside tables, two long carpets and many lights create a warm atmosphere. We have no TV but we think it is more pleasant to leaf through a magazine, listen to music, experience the garden and the beach even in the evening. The pingpong table is next to the large hydrangea. Change of linen every 3 days and of the bathroom every 2/3 days.
The bathroom is private and inside the room. It is large and has a shower, a large sink and a toilet. On the shelves there are towels available. It has a window that opens onto the garden.
Breakfast is prepared between 8 and 9.30 in the living room with lake view or on the terrace in the summer. We can serve both an Italian and an English breakfast, on request. We can also satisfy allergy sufferers by offering them suitable alternatives.

Payment in cash, Paypal, Credit Cards, Bancomat or by bank transfer.
The customer can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival. The customer pays 50% of the total cost if he cancels in the 14 days before arrival. If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
