Le Ortensie Bed and Breakfast is located on the eastern part of the Como Lake in a lovely villa of the beginning of the sixties immersed in the luxuriant green.
The B&B is runned directly by the owner, paying a great attention to all details in order to satisfy the most demanding guests.
All room are carefully furnished in different colours to offer a sense of relaxation and peace.
With the health and well-being of our clientela in mind, Le Ortensie Bed and Breakfast is a non smoking environment.
Car parking is also available in our private courtyard.

We offer a confortable accomodation in a quiet and very peaceful position on the lake river. There are three double bedrooms, two with ensuite and a "family" with 4 beds and private bathroom
Breakfast, plentiful and varied, also gives the possibility to taste typical products. Served in the large living room, where you can enjoy a pleasant view of the lake, and on the terrace in summer.
Guests have a garage with a parking space, parking motorcycles and bicycles.

The shores of the lake are still today caracteried by series of small villages with bell towers in natural stones and beautifull villas with steps leading down to the lake, statues , fountains and magnificent gardens.
The best way to visiting villas and their gardens is by boat. The view from the water gives you the opportunity to see their setting in the landscape.
